These products are not intended for human or veterinary use. They are for Research Use Only. 

Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final. No refunds will be offered. Claims for fraud or non delivery will be handled per the guidelines on Shopify. Photo proof of delivery is made with each order by the carrier and will be forwarded to the financial institution with which the claim was filed. Signatures by a person 18 years old or older are required at the time of delivery. 

In the event of damage during shipment, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance in getting a replacement product. You will be asked for photographic proof of the loss.
